Terms of Service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These terms apply to the LawLead Loop website and services, operated by Audire, Inc., a LoopForth company. Client engagements are also governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority where the two differ.
Not a law firm. LawLead Loop is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or refer cases. Using this website or our services does not create an attorney-client relationship with us. Our client firms remain solely responsible for all legal advice, case decisions and their own professional-conduct obligations.
Our services
We build and operate intake and follow-up systems for law firms, including messaging, AI-assisted calls, consultation booking, case-system integration and reporting. We do not guarantee any number of consultations, signed cases or other results. We charge flat fees for our work and never charge per lead, per case or as a share of legal fees.
AI-assisted calls
Our AI intake assistants tell callers at the start of each call that they are AI assistants and not lawyers, do not give legal advice, and hand off to a person at the firm when asked or when a situation requires it. Calls may be recorded, with notice.
Client firm responsibilities
- Have a lawful basis and the required consent for every person we contact on your behalf.
- Have a responsible attorney review and approve all scripts, messages and the state rule sheet before use.
- Comply with the rules of professional conduct, advertising and solicitation rules, and call, text and recording laws that apply to your firm.
- Make all decisions about whether to accept, decline or advise on any matter.
Acceptable use
Our services may not be used for unsolicited messages or calls, contacting accident victims or anyone else who did not contact the firm, contacting people who have opted out, or any unlawful purpose.
Text messaging
People who opt in may receive messages from a law firm about their enquiry and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of contacting the firm.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
